What owners ask us before they start.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. We'd rather answer it properly.
Getting started
No. We set everything up, connect it to what you already use, and look after it. Your part is telling us how you work and checking what goes out in your name.
Fifteen minutes. You tell us what eats your week, we ask a few questions, and we tell you honestly whether an audit is worth it. If it isn't, we'll say so.
One session at a fixed price. We go through your week job by job, find the three uses that would save the most time, and write it up with a fixed price for the first build. If you go ahead, the audit fee comes off the build.
Fit and practicalities
Owner-run businesses where the same jobs come round every week. We're starting with trades and home services, and we also work with clinics, shops and other service businesses.
No. You use the builds we run through WhatsApp, email or a simple web page, and we look after the accounts behind them. If you want your own Claude workspace, we'll set it up on your plan and train you on it.
Some of it, yes. Claude's paid plans even include a proposal builder now. What we add is picking the right job, setting it up in your exact format and prices, connecting it to your tools, and keeping it working when things change. If the audit shows you can do it yourself, we'll tell you how.
Usually, yes: Word templates, email, WhatsApp, your accounts or booking software. Tell us what you run and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.
You stay the data controller. We only process what's needed to run your build, we honour opt-outs, and we'll walk through the paperwork before anything goes live. Placeholder: confirm exact wording with your legal adviser.
Money and commitment
Three parts, each agreed in writing first: a fixed price for the audit, a fixed price for each build, and a monthly fee per live build that covers fixes and one small change a month. Book a call to find out what it would cost you. Your proposal, with prices, follows the call.
Then we tell you, and you keep the plan. That's a better result than building something that won't pay back.
No. The monthly fee is exactly that. We'd rather keep earning it than hold you to a year you've stopped getting value from.
