How we look after your details.
What we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Who we are.
FlowBuildr Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17203503. Registered office: First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW. We decide how the personal data on this page is used, which makes us its controller. Questions about it go to admin@flowbuildr.co.uk.
What we collect, and why.
When you book a call
Your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you tell us about your week. We use them to reply, arrange the call and, if you go ahead, prepare your audit and proposal. Our lawful basis is taking the steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
When you email or call us
What you send us and your contact details, so we can reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
If we contacted you first
We sometimes contact businesses we think we could help, using contact details the business has published, such as on its website or Google listing: the business name, phone number, business email and, where published, the owner’s name. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling businesses about work that could save them time. Tell us to stop and we won’t contact you again. We keep only enough to make sure of that.
If you become a client
The contact and billing records we need to do the work and keep our accounts. Our lawful basis is the contract, and the law on keeping business records. Data of yours that our builds handle for you is covered by our agreement with you, not by this page.
Who else sees it.
Only the companies that run our systems for us: our email (Google Workspace), our CRM and enquiry tools (HighLevel and Attio) and our web host. They act on our instructions. We never sell your details or pass them on for anyone else’s marketing.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the UK, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it.
Enquiries that go no further: up to 12 months after we last spoke, then deleted. Client records: six years after the work ends, as the law requires for our accounts. A request not to be contacted: for as long as we need it to honour it.
Cookies and analytics.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how people find and use this site: which pages they visit, where they came from, roughly how long they stay, and whether they book a call. It is provided by Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC in the United States as its parent and sub-processor. Our lawful basis is your consent.
Nothing loads until you click Accept on the cookie banner. Rejecting, or ignoring the banner, means no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google sets two cookies: _ga, which tells visitors apart, and _ga_GZK0603EW1, which keeps track of your visit. Under Google’s defaults both last up to two years. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
We store your Accept or Reject choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t keep asking. This is not sent to us. You can change your mind at any time: , or clear this site’s data in your browser, which removes both the choice and the cookies.
Google may process analytics data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google’s standard contractual clauses. Our web host may also keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Your rights.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to stop or limit how we use it, or to send it somewhere else. You can object to direct marketing at any time, and we will stop. Email admin@flowbuildr.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.
Complaints.
Tell us first, and we’ll put it right if we can. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
